do u have to work out every day? cause i know you have to let ur abs rest 48 hours every time u work them and than start again. so is there a period of time u have to stop

no i just found out they do…. if u keep goin thats fine but its not doing u anygood, just gonna wake up more sore every morning
you want to workout a differnt part of your muscles a day, like upper one day, and lower the next,if you dont,your not going to find any changing in muscle growth,what you do is lift to failure,it kills all your muscle fibers, then when lift again the next day,or even couple days,your going to double your growth,trust me,it works

there’s some great books that talk alot about frequency of workouts, high intensity training by mike mentzer, brawn and beyond brawn,i found these books at my local library, i wait until i’m not sore anymore anywhere from 2 to 5 days between workouts, as my weights go up i gotta wait longer.

it would take about 6 months to a year depending on your shape
if your a bit fat it would take about 6 months , but if your really fat and i mean like 300 odd pounds i would say maybe a year or 2

I’m like 5”9 and I’m like muscular skinny I guess lean I try and workout I get muscle so fast like you can see results within 10 mins but I can’t retain it….help please !!!
results in 10 mins is called the pump!!!blood is forced to your muscles and you appear much bigger!! THis however does not build muscle. you have to train heavy, limit your volume of training and the most important of all is to eat enough quality calories!! I know my stuff!!

lol i am in the same position. i really lost a lot of bulk in one year due to working loads.
i know this sounds very cliche - but i would get a very good diet. what i did was spend 3/4 of the time you have to bulk up. and then 1/4 of the time (last month) to maintain the bulk and shed fat.
i know some may dissagree, but it works for me. actualy just read mr muscleman below, and pretty much what he said. but try breaking it into stages as i have mentioned
shearsboy15 u dont gain muscle in ten minutes your muscles will swell while u are working out but in order to keep it that way u just need to do it frequently and have alot of protein in your diet i am a big fan of creatine bte u should try it just drink alot of water
