No offense but when your fat you’ll loose weight very fast and when you get thinner it gets hard. So in the beginning you will lose 7 pounds in 7 days or 6 pounds in 7 days.
This past January I tipped the scales at 192. It took me until late May to get to 163. I’m a male in my mid-30s and believe me, it wasn’t as easy as this video portrays. Although I wasn’t extremely overweight, not exercising and constantly eating out did its number. So I started working out building up slowly and ditching the fast food altogether. It took me about 5 months but I feel a whole helluva lot better!! Oh, and curbing down my alcohol intake helped also.
Hey, and that’s not to knock this video or the guy in it who lost the weight. Different strokes for different folks. 31 pounds in 30 days is tremendous. You have my props. However if that were me, the last picture at month’s end would’ve been my name in the obituaries.

Yeah I mean 2hrs is a lot. I do 1h15mins weight training and 45mins of cardio 6days a week. But fuck man 2hrs of cardio is nuts. At most I do 1hr 10min of cardio a day on days I run to work.
Meh it’s pretty unhealthy and that man will probably hanging skin issues if he continues. But I have to give him props. 31pounds is 108500 calories. Which is fucking crazy.

that is a killer diet. go on this if you wish to gain back that weight 10x and probably get some kind of heart/kidney disease.
You can still eat the foods you love but just not so often 1500 calories per day is a very safe caloroie intake.
I included many of the foods I love to eat but simply ate them less frequently, most meals were made up of healthy foods.I even had take away meals on day 2 but compensated during the day by eating more fruit and low energy foods.
Losing weight is easy if you really want to do it.
The best part about the diet is I’d eat more food on this diet than before I started the diet.
what cardio machines did you use the most? and about how long did you stay on each ?
Probably the treadmill 90% of the time.
You don’t have to run if you are to big.I first started of walking then fast walking,then gentle jogging.
I hope some people give it ago,its not that hard and the rewards are massive.
By far in my experiences there is nothing better than a treadmill or jogging outside at a moderate pace.
30 minutes to 45 minutes,sometimes if I was feeling good after I reach my target of 45 minutes I would stay on for another 30 minutes knowing I could get of at any time.
