I’m lazy when It comes to exercise. But I’ve now devoted myself to go on a big bike ride every weekend unless it’s raining or i’m sick.
I was told that every snack has some sugar in it. So I guess the “Sugary snacks” you’re refering to are the ones that have ALOT of sugar? If so, got cha, I’m trying to lose weight because I’m in highschool, and you know how it is.

@Ikesgurl123 Doesn’t have to be a lot of sugar, can range from a small cookie all the way to a big piece of cake. Any sugar that your body doesn’t use when it digests that food gets turned into fat! XD
Ah….I see. So you’re saying that it doesn’t matter how much sugar it has as long as it’s only once a day?

@Ikesgurl123 OH! You’re trying to figure out how much is enough per day. Well, if you’re eating alot of fruits, sugar is actually found there in the form of fructose, so you won;t have to have the one treat per day. There is also sugar in milk in the form of galactose so if you drink a lot of milk, again don;t worry about the one treat per day because you’re getting enough.
@Ikesgurl123 If you’re like me however, and you don’t eat a lot of fruits or drink a lot of milk, I’d say look at the ingredients section of the food, and find out how much 1 serving is. 1 serving is all you need. The rest of the sugar you will get through other foods at breakfast/lunch/dinner.
