my mom told me that everytime u exercise u shouldn’t drink water, also after u finish exercising, u should take a bath!!!
that is not true. if you exercise, your body releases the toxic ’stuff’ and that needs to be washed away and get out of your body. so you need to drink water
its difficult for me to explain it in english.
but anyway, drinking water is ALWAYS good for you.

omg the beginning could have a total different meaning…hahaha had me cracking up…anyways also idk if u know this or not. but if u eat every 2-3 hours(fruits veggies nuts) and u have ur heaviest meal during lunch u’ll lose more weight and will stay off too..so breakfast then a fruit then a big lunch then some nuts then dinner then something else…idk i dont have enough room to explain here…i learned it from a…..shoot i forgot their name.
